Dear Sir/Mam,
Hi! How are you? Hope you are all fine as I am now so far.
I understand that you just charged me for annual premium membership via my credit card, which I NEVER approved nor agreed to extend. You have charged me inappropriately without my knowledge.
So please refund me the sum of US$ 19.95 to my bank.
